White Sage Smudge Stick

White Sage has been used in Native American rituals and ceremonies for thousands of years.  Burning white sage, or 'smudging', is a cleansing ceremony to help people, places, or even objects banish negative or stagnant energy. It enables us to release what no longer serves us mentally, emotionally,  physically and spiritually.
