Refund policy

 

If on the rare occasion you have received an incorrect item, you may return the item in all its original packaging and we will send you the correct one. If you have been sent an item that is defective, you may return the item for us to investigate and determine the problem. In both cases, the item should be returned within 14 days of delivery.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. We will happily exchange your item for another or the correct one, however if you would like to request a refund, please allow up to 30 days for us to process this.
